Fresco Scratch Coat mix with fibers – cement based – 20 kg

Description

Cement based Fresco Scratch Coat and/or rough coat mix with fibers – 20 kg. 20 kg will cover approximately – 10 square feet of 1/4 to 3/8 scratch coat to be applied over metal lath or up to 20 sq feet of rough coat to be applied over scratch coat.

Application:
Add up to 1 gallon of water, mix thoroughly and apply within an hour.

This is a contemporary cement based dry mix, it is reinforced with fibers to create stronger plaster layer provides great base for the wall fresco and sgraffito or large stationary fresco and/or sgraffito panel. We also offer traditional Slaked Lime – Pozzolana Based Fresco Plaster for scratch and rough coats (as per renaissance era recipe).

This is a scratch and/or rough coat, it is NOT an Arriccio Coat – for fresco painting you will need to follow with Arriccio Plaster Coat, prior to applying Intonaco Plaster Coat.
