Shipping & Returns
All domestic shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Service. Overnight, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping are available, and can be chosen during the checkout process for the posted charges. You will receive an e-mail confirmation and order status after “check-out” has been completed. All our orders/shipments are prepared during the week and, if shipped from our studio, scheduled to be picked up by UPS on Fridays. It is possible to special order or have a different schedule, but it has to be confirmed by us on individual basis and depends on product availability and UPS.
We ship UPS. All domestic shipping charges will be automatically calculated based on Real-Time UPS rates and added to your order total at checkout.
Special Orders & International Orders
Orders for custom-built and non-inventory items must be made and arranged in advance. Please contact us with any questions and requests via our Contact Us form.
International orders must be approved in advance by e-mail confirmation.
Returns may be made within 30 days of the invoice date on unopened and unused items only. Premixed Plasters, Books, DVDs and videotapes cannot be returned. Contact Us in advance regarding any merchandise returns. Please send all returns via prepaid UPS.
Please Contact Us immediately on receipt of any damaged or incorrect item deliveries. The Fresco Shop will make arrangements for pick-up.
